This page is dedicated to the many questions that we have received regarding our chows, showing, tips, info and links, etc. On this page we will post some of
the questions we have been asked, and either post the answer immediately following it, or a link to the answer.

Q: How much does it cost to show a dog to championship title?
A: There is no set price. It depends on several things including how often it is shown, whether you show it or have a handler show it, etc.

Q: Do you have any handlers that you would recommend to someone that could not show their own dog?
A: There are many, many good handlers available in the show world, and we think very highly of several that we know. That being said,
the ones that we personally recommend are the ones that we would use ourselves if we were ever in need of one. So, if we do recommend
a handler to you, you can be sure that it is because we feel that individual is professional in every way, and feel comfortable with them
representing us and our chows.
Q: What kind of dog food do you use?
A: We use Exclusive, made by PMI Nutrition. We have found such a positive difference when our chows are on it. PMI Nutrition
Q: How often do you breed?
A: We breed when we want/need something to show, so we do not have a set breeding schedule. We have 2 litters a year right now.
Q: How do you feel about selling a puppy overseas?
A: This is a very straight-forward question, and is a touchy subject to some in the show world....and the chow world. As for us, we
have only shipped one puppy thus far, and we have no regrets. We were fortunate enough to find someone that feels, as we do, about
watching where our pups are placed, and maintaining the integrity of the line, and of the breed. We recognize all of the hard work and
research that has been done by the individuals/kennels that are in our chows pedigrees, and wish to never disrespect that in any way.
Will we sell just to be able to sell overseas? NO! We place our pups in the homes that we feel are best for them.....whether here or
overseas. As for the one that we placed thus far.....we are thrilled with what her owner has accomplished with her! Dreamer's page
Q: Do you ever stud out to other kennels?
A: We take our breeding program very seriously, and therefore each situation is decided on based on the merit of the proposed breeding.
We will not stud out just to stud out. We know there are differences of views and goals concerning breedings, and that they are as
unique and as individual as the kennels themselves. That being said, just like others with a passion for this breed, we are always
looking for ways to improve, and also love discussing combinations of pedigrees.
Q: If you do not have any puppies available, do you have anyone that you will recommend to go to for a puppy?? Like a network, or
something?
A: Yes, we do have people that we know that may, at some time, have puppies available. Just like with our personal recommendations
of handlers that we would use, the same applies to sending you to someone for a puppy. We will not send you to an individual that
we, ourselves, would not do business with.
